This court-approved acquisition marks the beginning of OuiDO 2.0 — a bold new chapter led by Boris Hertzog and Sandrine Nguyen-Tiet, founders of the original Technicolor Animation Productions. It’s a return to their creative roots, with a fresh vision for the future.
The relaunch is supported by Lift Value (OuiDO’s majority shareholder), CYD Partners, and Moon Keys International Content, forming a robust and connected ecosystem encompassing production, international distribution, and soon, publishing.
